What is Indonesia Seaplanes?
Indonesia Seaplanes (indonesiaseaplanes.com) is a directory and comparison resource covering amphibious aircraft, operators, bases and water-landing sites across Indonesia. Content covers aircraft types such as the Cessna Caravan 208B EX Grand Caravan Amphibian and the DHC-6 Twin Otter floatplane, along with operator profiles, planned routes, and general orientation on choosing a seaplane, helicopter, fast boat or scheduled flight for a given route. Who operates this website?
The site is published and operated by Juara Holding Group (JHG), an independent coordination and information desk established in 2015. JHG compiles, organizes and presents publicly available information about Indonesia’s seaplane sector and helps visitors get in touch with licensed operators. JHG is a coordination desk, not a government body, not a regulator and not a travel insurer.
Is Juara Holding Group a seaplane operator?
No. JHG does not own, crew, maintain or dispatch any aircraft, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative office of Santai Seaplane (PT Santai Seaplane Aviation), Seaplane Asia Group, Sama Sama Seaplanes, Aman Air, Bawah Reserve, PT Dirgantara Indonesia, or any other operator named on this site. Names, routes and base locations mentioned in our directory are drawn from public reporting and operator announcements, cited by source where relevant, and are provided for orientation only. Confirmation of any operator’s identity, licensing and current status is the visitor’s responsibility before booking or paying anyone.
What actually governs your flight?
Once you are referred to, or contact, a licensed operator, the contract of carriage is between you and that operator alone. JHG has no authority over their pricing, schedules, safety procedures, weather-cancellation decisions or refund practices.

Before paying any deposit, ask the operator directly for their written conditions of carriage, cancellation window and refund policy. JHG recommends confirming an operator’s Air Operator Certificate (AOC) status, or the AOC holder if the operator flies as a virtual carrier, directly with the operator.
How accurate and current is the directory information?
Indonesia’s seaplane sector, as of late 2025 into 2026, remains in a start-up and trial phase: no operator runs a large-scale scheduled network, and figures such as fares, flight durations or passenger counts are not publicly available from any named source. Where this site states a plan, hub, aircraft order or target date — for example a Buleleng or Banyuwangi base, a Bali–Banyuwangi service target, or a water aerodrome named in Kementerian Perhubungan’s Trans Utama magazine — it is attributed to the reporting or announcement it came from and dated. These are announced plans, not guarantees of service. Operators can change routes, bases, timelines or aircraft without notifying this site, and government-approved water-landing sites are not published as a single complete registry. We update content as new public reporting becomes available but make no warranty that any listing is current at the moment you read it.
What are the limits of our liability?
JHG provides information and, where a visitor requests it, an introduction to a licensed operator via WhatsApp or email. JHG does not guarantee that any route, aircraft, water-landing site or price mentioned on this site will be available, that any operator will respond, or that a flight will depart as planned. To the maximum extent permitted under Indonesian law, JHG is not liable for:
- Flight delay, cancellation, diversion or rescheduling by any operator, including weather-related decisions made by pilots or air traffic authorities.
- Financial loss connected to a deposit, payment or booking made directly with an operator.
- Errors, omissions or changes in third-party information (operator announcements, government reporting, aircraft specifications) reproduced on this site.
- Injury, loss or damage occurring during a flight, transfer or ground activity arranged by a third-party operator.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where Indonesian law does not permit such a limitation.
How do we handle personal data?
When you contact JHG through WhatsApp (+62 811-3941-4563) or email (bd@juaraholding.com), we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, contact information and travel enquiry — to respond to you and, where relevant, pass your enquiry to a licensed operator with your consent. We process this information under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, UU No. 27/2022 (UU PDP), which requires a lawful basis for processing, limits use to the stated purpose, and gives you the right to request access, correction or deletion of your data. For visitors reaching this site from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we aim to handle enquiries consistently with GDPR principles of purpose limitation, data minimization and your right to object, even though JHG is based and regulated in Indonesia. What are the rules for using this website?

Operator names, aircraft manufacturer names and government body names are used descriptively, for identification, and remain the property of their respective owners; their use here does not imply endorsement of JHG.
What law governs these terms?
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from use of this website that cannot be resolved directly will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Indonesian courts. Where a visitor is engaged in a separate contract of carriage with a licensed operator, that operator’s own governing-law clause applies to that contract, not this one.
Can these terms change?
Yes. JHG may update these Terms of Service as the regulatory environment, operator landscape or site content changes; the effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision as of 2026. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
