Indonesia Seaplanes, run by Juara Holding Group, only collects the contact details and trip information you type into our enquiry form or send us on WhatsApp, and uses them for one purpose: matching your request to a licensed seaplane operator or transport partner who can quote it. We do not sell your data, run it through ad-retargeting networks, or hand it to anyone beyond the operator handling your enquiry.
Last updated: 18 September 2026. This policy covers indonesiaseaplanes.com and applies to every visitor, whether you are browsing from Indonesia, Singapore, Australia, Europe or anywhere else.
Who runs this site, and what do we actually do?
Indonesia Seaplanes is a directory and coordination desk operated by Juara Holding Group, an independent booking and information desk established in 2015. We are not a seaplane operator, not an aircraft owner, and not affiliated with any single operator named on this site, including Santai Seaplane, Sama Sama Seaplanes, Aman Air or Bawah Reserve. When you send an enquiry, we pass it to a licensed operator or vetted partner for a direct quote. We are also not a licensed financial, legal or tax adviser, and nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of a flight, a schedule or a fare.
What information do we collect?
We collect information in two ways: what you type into a form on this site, and what you send us directly on WhatsApp or email. We do not use hidden trackers to pull data from other accounts, and we do not ask for payment card details on this site.
| Where it comes from | What we collect | Why we need it |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiry form | Name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, travel dates, route or destination, group size, message text | To identify who is asking and route the request to the right operator |
| WhatsApp click-out (wa.me links to 62 811-3941-4563) | Your WhatsApp number and whatever you choose to type or share in that chat | To reply, clarify your trip, and forward the enquiry to an operator |
| Email to bd@juaraholding.com | Your email address and message content | Same as above, for visitors who prefer email over WhatsApp |
| Browsing activity | Pages viewed, approximate location (city/country level), device type, referring site, via analytics cookies | To understand which pages are useful and fix broken links |
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a parent or guardian believes a minor has submitted data to us, contact bd@juaraholding.com and we will delete it.
Why do we collect it, and what do we do with it?
The single reason we ask for your contact details is to connect a genuine travel enquiry to a seaplane operator, floatplane charter provider, or ground/transfer partner able to quote it. We use your trip dates and route to figure out which operator serves that leg — for example, an enquiry about a Bali-area transfer is routed differently from one about the Banyuwangi–North Bali corridor. We may also use your email to send you a follow-up if an operator has not replied within a reasonable time, and, only if you separately agree, occasional updates when new routes or operators become available in Indonesia. You can decline that at any time.
Who sees your enquiry?
Your enquiry is shared only with the specific operator, aircraft owner, or transfer partner we approach to quote your request — never with the full list of operators mentioned on this site, and never sold or rented to third-party marketers. We may also share limited data with service providers who keep the site running, such as our hosting provider, email delivery service, and analytics tool, strictly so they can perform that function for us, under confidentiality terms. We disclose data beyond this only if Indonesian law requires it, for instance a lawful request from DJPU, police, or a court.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to complete the booking conversation, plus a reasonable period afterward for customer-service and dispute-handling purposes, typically up to 24 months from your last contact with us. After that, we delete or anonymise the record unless you ask us to keep it longer or the law requires a longer period. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any point; see “your rights” below.
Does this site use cookies and analytics?
Yes. We use standard analytics cookies to see which pages get read and which links get clicked, so we know where to fix the directory. These tools record aggregate, largely anonymous browsing behaviour rather than your name or contact details, unless you have separately submitted the enquiry form on the same visit. We do not run cross-site advertising pixels that follow you to other websites. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; doing so may make some pages behave less smoothly but will not stop you from browsing the directory.
What rights do you have over your data?
If you are in Indonesia, your data is handled under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP). If you are visiting from the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with GDPR-style rules, we apply the same practical protections as a matter of course, even though we are not established in the EU.
| Right | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| Access | Ask us what data we hold about you |
| Correction | Ask us to fix inaccurate details, such as a misspelled name or wrong number |
| Deletion | Ask us to erase your enquiry once it is no longer needed |
| Withdraw consent | Opt out of follow-up updates at any time, with no effect on a booking already in motion |
| Object/restrict | Ask us to stop a specific use of your data, such as onward sharing beyond the operator already quoting you |
| Complain | Contact us first; Indonesian residents may also raise concerns with the relevant UU PDP supervisory authority once designated |
To use any of these rights, email bd@juaraholding.com with your name and the WhatsApp number or email you used to contact us, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
How does WhatsApp fit into this policy?
WhatsApp is owned and operated by Meta, not by Juara Holding Group. When you tap a WhatsApp link on this site or message 62 811-3941-4563 directly, Meta’s own privacy policy governs how WhatsApp itself handles your number and message metadata. We only see and use the content of that conversation as described above.
What about booking and liability?
Enquiries sent through this site are the start of a conversation, not a confirmed reservation. Flight availability, pricing, and schedules for Indonesian seaplane and floatplane services are set by the licensed operator, not by Juara Holding Group, and can change on short notice given how early-stage this market still is as of 2026. We pass on what operators tell us in good faith but cannot guarantee a quoted fare or departure time until the operator itself confirms it directly with you.
How do we protect your data?
We limit access to enquiry data to the small team that handles bookings, use secure connections for the site and forms, and do not store payment information on indonesiaseaplanes.com. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so while we take reasonable precautions, we cannot promise absolute security for data sent to us.
Can this policy change?
We may update this policy as our data practices, or Indonesian regulation, change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version. Material changes affecting how we use previously collected data will be flagged on this page.
How do you contact us?
