Who publishes this site, and what is Indonesia Seaplanes to the operators it names?
This site is published by Juara Holding Group, an independent coordination desk established in 2015. Juara Holding Group does not own, crew or operate any aircraft named on this site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of Santai Seaplane (PT Santai Seaplane Aviation), Seaplane Asia Group, Sama Sama Seaplanes, Aman Air, Bawah Reserve, PT Dirgantara Indonesia, InJourney Airports, Akademi Penerbang Indonesia Banyuwangi, or any other named business, unless a separate written partnership agreement says otherwise for a specific booking. Where this site arranges a service on a visitor’s behalf, that service is delivered by a licensed third-party operator, not by Juara Holding Group directly.
Any charter, transfer or tour arranged through this site’s contact channels is coordinated with the operator that actually holds the relevant Air Operator Certificate (AOC) or, for a virtual carrier, operates under another AOC holder’s certificate. Why does information on this site say “planned” instead of giving fixed schedules?
Indonesia had no large-scale scheduled seaplane network as of late 2025 and into 2026. What exists is a mix of start-up operations, demonstration and trial flights, and regulatory preparation, mostly built around the Cessna Caravan 208B EX Grand Caravan Amphibian and the DHC-6 Twin Otter floatplane. Because of that, several items this site references are not yet in day-to-day commercial service:
